This innovative product reduces coating weight gain, saves energy, and is environmentally friendly, thereby effectively lowering the average usage cost. Product Categories
According to the surface treatment method, the products can be categorized into the soft light electrophoresis series and the brushed soft light electrophoresis series. Based on color classification, there are two main groups: 1) classic colors, including silver white, champagne, bronze, black, titanium gold, among others; and 2) new colors, such as elegant gold, ink, moon white, gilt gold, shimmering gold, Hua Hui, and luxury gold.
In terms of profile application, the categories include general aluminium window and door profiles, general aluminium curtain wall profiles, thermal break window and door profiles, thermal break curtain wall profiles, and system window and door profiles,etc.
1. Eliminate extrusion lines on the surface, reduce the surface quality requirements of the mill finish, preserve the metallic texture of aluminium, and enhance its decorative appeal.
2. The soft-light electrophoretic coating contains fluororesin, which forms a film layer with low surface free energy. The resulting paint film is smooth, with rich and uniform color. The surface exhibits strong anti-fouling properties, making it resistant to the adhesion of atmospheric particles, dust, and stains. These contaminants can be easily wiped away, leaving no residue and facilitating long-term maintenance.
3. Soft-light electrophoresis products demonstrate excellent weather resistance, comparable to that of C1.5 powder coatings. They meet the requirements specified in GB/T 5237.3-2017, and are capable of withstanding high-temperature and high-salinity environments without corrosion or aging. No filamentous corrosion occurs beneath the coating, and the surface color and gloss remain stable. This ensures that the aluminium profiles retain their original appearance and metallic texture for up to 20 years.
