



As a new type of formwork system, the quick dismantling aluminium alloy formwork system has been in use for 50 years since its introduction in the United States in 1962. It is also widely adopted in newly industrialized countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Malaysia, South Korea, and India.




The formwork system consists of the following four components:
1. Formwork Panel System: including wall panels, slab panels, K-boards, and internal corner panels.
2. Support System: utilizing steel supports.
3. Fastening System: comprising tie rods and wall tie couplers.
4. Accessory System: including wedges and pins, among others.
We currently operate a total of more than 110 extrusion lines, ranging from 600 tons to 7,500 tons, capable of meeting the requirements for formwork profiles with fabricated panel widths ranging from 50 mm to 600 mm. The material used is 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, produced from high-purity aluminium ingots to ensure compliance with chemical composition standards as well as mechanical properties such as strength and hardness. In addition, we have established a CNC machining workshop to provide comprehensive deep processing services, including cutting, drilling, punching, milling, welding, and bending, among others.
